The “Help Center” in Prokopievsk, Siberia, provides disadvantaged men and women with a new home. Seventy-six people have found much more than a place to stay in this extraordinary community, including homeless people, single people, people with disabilities or serious illnesses, and former alcoholics and drug addicts who are trying to make a fresh start.
